MEETING

You'll meet with one of our senior designers either at your location of renovation or our design studio. Together, we'll discuss all your requirements and thoughts for your renovation project. If our introductory consultation takes place at our design studio, it will be beneficial to bring some or as much of the following: kitchen & bath drawings, measurements, photos.

DESIGN

Soon after, preliminary designs may be rendered and estimates may be furnished to you for the prospective project. If you decide to proceed, there is a design retainer fee being ten percent of the estimated cost.

CONSTRUCTION

Your designated senior designer will return to take precise measurements, refining the initial draught before any materials or orders are placed. The lead time to receive the kitchen cabinets typically ranges from 6 to 8 weeks.
